The problem
Essays arrive from every district, in many Indian languages. Someone has to catch copied and chatbot-written work, judge fairly across languages, and pay prizes without a single mistake. A small national team cannot read every essay itself.
The rules that decide who wins and who gets paid are enforced in the database itself, so no one can change a result after it is signed.
What we built
- Submission by mobile OTP in any scheduled Indian language, with a campus volunteer able to help a student submit.
- The student's name and the file's hidden details are removed before anyone reads the essay. Judges only ever see a serial number.
- Each essay is checked against other entries, the web and chatbot-written text, in Indian scripts. Software raises a flag with the evidence. A district panel makes the call.
- Blind panel rounds from district to national level. Scores are signed and frozen, and the national panel reads checked translations.
- Prizes, certificates with QR verification, and deletion of personal data once the retention period ends.

What this means for youThe same setup works for sales teams, service engineers and site audits. Reports come in from the phone and the totals add up on their own, so nobody spends the evening chasing calls.

The problem
With twenty teams spread across ten states, head office needed to know where each team was, what it had done that day, and what was falling behind, without chasing twenty phone calls.
The distance figure was reported by the teams through the tracker and is published on the organisers' own dashboard.
What we built
- Each team files a short report twice a day from the road, from a phone.
- A live dashboard, route map and war room for the organisers, in English and Hindi.
- Totals add up on their own: distance covered, programmes held, trees planted and people reached.

The problem
When 500 prizes depend on a five-minute quiz, every score, every tie and every payout has to be defensible. One wrong question or one quiet change to the leaderboard would undo the whole contest.
The checks on questions, the leaderboard and payouts are enforced in the database, not only in the app.
What we built
- Sign-up by mobile in Hindi and English. Ten questions in five minutes, on any phone or computer.
- No question can appear until a second person has approved it.
- Ties are broken by fixed rules, then a draw of lots by two organisers. One person ranks the list, a different person publishes it, and the published list cannot be changed.
- Vouchers are released only after a winner is verified. Every valid participant gets an e-certificate with QR verification.
What carries over
The same habits go into every agent we build.
Software gathers the evidence and a person decides. The rules that matter are enforced where nobody can quietly change them. Everything is built to work in Indian languages, on the phone people already carry.
